The world best neighbourhood in 2020 is the Esquerra de l’Eixample in Barcelona. 'Time Out' magazine has revealed the 40 best neighbourhoods, the places with the perfect balance of local culture and fun with help and kindness for their communities during this year's crisis and ranks Barcelona's Esquerra de l'Eixample at number one, which actually unites two: the Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample and the Nova Esquerra de l'Eixample. They also underline that it is home to several vital meeting spaces, such as the Espai Germanetes community garden, as well as excellent independent businesses such as the Odd Kiosk: the first LGBTQ+ newsstand worldwide.
